PhysioNear is a referral platform that connects patients with independently practising, licensed physiotherapists across Malaysia. PhysioNear is not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or deliver physiotherapy services directly.

Our role is to facilitate connections between patients seeking physiotherapy care and qualified professionals who can provide that care.

Physiotherapist Independence

Physiotherapists in the PhysioNear network are independent practitioners. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of PhysioNear. Each physiotherapist is individually responsible for their own professional practice, clinical decisions, and treatment outcomes.

PhysioNear verifies that network physiotherapists hold valid registration under Malaysia's Allied Health Professions Act 2016 (Act 774), but does not supervise or control their clinical practice.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive to connect you with qualified physiotherapists, PhysioNear cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes, appointment availability, or the suitability of any particular physiotherapist for your condition. Treatment results vary depending on individual circumstances.

User Responsibilities

When using PhysioNear and engaging with physiotherapists in our network, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health condition to your physiotherapist
• Follow the professional medical advice given by your physiotherapist
• Inform your physiotherapist of any changes in your health status
• Use this website and our services in a lawful manner
